If you order the wrong product, inform us as quickly as possible and we will advise you of the correct product and return procedures.
Please note customers must pay the delivery cost of the return of any incorrectly ordered product.
If, despite our robust packaging, something gets broken in transit please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement - at our expense.
