Orders on this page will be supplied with Tridonic DALI-PCD 1-380 one4all G3 (28004625), not Osram HTi DALI 315 DIM (4008321957344 / HTIDALI20315-OS).
This is not a drop-in replacement. A qualified electrician must check load, controls, wiring and mounting.
Differences:
- Load: PCD 1-380 VA versus HTi 315 W. VA and W are different ratings; check actual lamps and transformers.
- Dimming: PCD leading/trailing edge with automatic load detection; HTi trailing edge only.
- Size: PCD 101.5 x 51 x 29.5 mm versus HTi 153 x 54 x 36 mm. Fixing holes differ. Use plastic screws for PCD.
- Terminals: PCD cage clamps versus HTi screw connections. Re-wiring to the new terminal layout is needed.
- Controls: PCD DALI, DSI, switchDIM and corridorFUNCTION; HTi DALI/Touch DIM. Check controls and commissioning.
- Supply: both 220-240 V AC; PCD 50/60 Hz versus HTi 50 Hz.
- Ambient: PCD 0 to +50 C versus original HTi 0 to +45 C. Both IP20.
- PCD DALI standards: EN 62386-101/102 Edition 2 and EN 62386-205. Check system compatibility.
Test LED retrofit operation before installation, as Tridonic recommends. Minimum dimming levels vary. Avoid mixed load types. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions.
Original Osram code retained for identification. Tridonic 28004625 will be supplied.
